I would like to try stamping a design on fondant...is there such a thing as edible ink? Or any sugestions on what I could use would be great.

Personally I would just use gel colors thinned with a little (LITTLE) water on a paper plate, then stamp away!

I would use your gel food color on a styro plate. If it needs to be thinned (which it shouldn't) I would use a little vodka, just a drop. The alchol evaporates and dries quicker and doesn't affect your fondant. Also if you have a splash or something that bleeds, dip a q-tip into vodka and you have an eraser! Goodluck.
