I know this has been discussed before, but I don't have the time the search the discussions. I would like to know what those of you who rent or lease commercial kitchens pay per month? I am going into talks with a bakery owner this weekend and I just want an idea of what others are paying? Maybe you give the owner a percentage.....if you do, what percentage?...do you pay for supplies or does the owner? Some details would be appreciated.

Looking forward to everyone's replies!

I have just started renting a kitchen...I will be renting it 3-4 nights a week from 6-10:00. I proposed $400.00 and it was accepted.
