Can anyone tell me what type of dust was used on this cake to make it look like this. It seems like it isn't luster or cake sparkles....so what is it?

It's the Hello Kitty cake from Cake Nouveau.

Pink shimmer dust...Is that from the same makers that make luster dust?
I've recently come across some dust from European Cake Gallery that looks similar (they were at ICES, boss got samples) If says that you can run it through your airbrush machine. CLOG CITY.
