How Do I "steam" Cook A Cake Like This One?

Found this website & contacted her. She is still trying to get the financial backing to produce these kits. Has anyone ever "steamed" a cake???

Here is a recipe for a steamed cake. I'm assuming you could just color the batter to make it look like the ones on her site. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chinese-Steamed-Cake/Detail.aspx

This recipe gives directions on colored batter.

Has anyone here ever steamed a cake? I guess it is supposed to keep the colors bright so the cake doesn't brown at all.

I think she somehow steams these in the oven.

All the recipes I have seen for a steamed cake are exactly like the one that kweenmommy posted a link to in this thread.

I have heard that crock pot cakes are very moist and delicious. I plan to make one soon, but have not tried it yet.
