this is my first wedding cake and i'm very nervous about it. the bride and groom are collecting this cake on friday and i was hoping that i could get some feedback from you . i know some don't like this type of post but i really value your opinions and really need to know if this is ok.

Don't leave it stacked too long, the stacking and unstacking looks like the pillars might slide on you if you put it together and took it apart too many times. I swore that those kinds of pillars were the strongest, but I had a Wilton Course 3 student whom stacked hers cake at home before class (Did a little cheating, she did ) But then as class went on they were slightly angeled and slid all class long. NOT trying to curse you, just don't leave this beauty stacked until Friday. IT IS SOOOO PRETTY! I love the ribbon! Great job!
thanks iamlis but i took it apart straight away after taking the photo. but i don#t think i have to worry too much anyway as the pillars are just for decoration, i've got wooden dowels running through them to the cake board underneath. just hope its enough.

Your cake is outstanding! It is very elegant and I don't think you have anything to worry about. I love the piping on the sides of the cake!
