Just wanted to share info on this magazine I get. Modern Baking is a trade B2B magazine for the baking industry. It's a small magazine, but has a little of everything. There's a decorating section in each issue and a lot of information for the bigger/commercial bakeries. I find it to be very informative. And unlike other magazines, I actually look at the advertisements! Oh, and it's free for people in the industry that qualify. (And I used to work at a trade magazine and all they are looking for at people in the industry - it's SUPER easy to be a 'qualified' reader)
