Hey everybody! I was just asked to make a grooms cake for 60 in july. She wants a square tiered cake with strawberries and I need to know the size and how many tiers would work for 60 people. I tried to figure it out with Earlenes chart, but it just didn't make sense to me can anyone help? thanks!
Sqs are easy to figure serving from.
Just divide one side by 2 and multiply by the size of the sq so a 10 sq will serve 50 (10x5).
Put a 6" sq or round on top and you'll have the perfect size. If you turn the sm tier diamond fashion, you'll have the perfect place for the berries
