Hey everybody! I was just asked to make a grooms cake for 60 in july. She wants a square tiered cake with strawberries and I need to know the size and how many tiers would work for 60 people. I tried to figure it out with Earlenes chart, but it just didn't make sense to me icon_redface.gif can anyone help? thanks!

Sqs are easy to figure serving from.
Just divide one side by 2 and multiply by the size of the sq so a 10 sq will serve 50 (10x5).
Put a 6" sq or round on top and you'll have the perfect size. If you turn the sm tier diamond fashion, you'll have the perfect place for the berriesicon_smile.gif
