cake for a one year old and the parents don't want a character theme or the cake that looks like it's for a baby. they want it to be a sheet cake and i'm really stuck at the moment so if anyone have and ideas please share it with me.

Is the one year old a boy or a girl?

For boys the following aren't "baby" and they aren't character:

farm
truck
car
tractor
construction
tools
fishing
sports
pirate
dinosaurs

For girls:

princess
jewlery
dolls
fairies (not Tinkerbell)
flowers

For either:

jungle
animals of any sort
balloons or a party theme

Try browsing the galleries. I'm sure there are many ideas there.
Balloons are always a great idea. Clowns? Candles? I have one or two in my photos that might help you. These ideas should get your creative juices started
