I tried the NFSC recipe last night....it is sooo good and I'm not even a fan of sugar cookies.....anyway, as I got towards the end of my batch I noticed as my cookies were baking an air bubble would form on some of them. So when I took them out of the oven I had to poke a hole in the air pocket and try to smooth it out to get rid of the bubble......How can I prevent this in the future?

Thanks.

Mine sorta do that to but once they are out of the oven for a bit the pockets fall back down flat.If you want you can use a flat spatula to flatten them out.
