I've seen this before. I think it's gross. I wonder how often they clean these machines and how long the icing sits in the machine before it goes on cakes. blech!

I think they are very un-creative and an insult to the great decorators here. I never thought of the germ aspect. But I guess it is the same as any other food that gets made in a factory.
