Does anyone have any recommandations for a brand of chocolate oil or extract that is good for flavoring fondant.
I tried a fondant that a lady had made in class from a chocolate oil that was given to her to try, she only used 3 drops in the fondant and it dnd smelled wonderful. She doesn't remember who gave it to her to try.
Thought someone might know a good brand.

It most likely was Lorann's Oils. I buy it in my local cake and candy supply shop all the time to flavor white chocolate like bubble gum or tutti frutti or other flavors that the kids like on popcorn. It comes in everything from chocolate to Kahlua to fruit flavors. I think the bottles are premeasured 1 tsp. and that teaspoon goes a long way.
