Okay group, I know you're full of super ideas.

Here's my situation:
I've been to many, many bridal showers but never to a recipe shower. I've been asked by the MOB to make cupcakes having to do with this theme. Uhm...okay. I'm more than happy to do it but have no idea what to do.

Any suggestions??

That is a great idea!

Maybe each cupcake can have a different food theme (meat, veggies, fruits). Or, if you want to pay them out flat as a picture it could be frosted like a recipe box. Or maybe a cupcake tower.

Good luck!

I know you said cupcakes, but perhaps you could somehow use this idea. Change some of the wording to be more appropriate for marriage. Though, most of it is just fine. The part about "eyes in the back of your head" might need to be changed.

Maybe do a pull-apart cupcake type cake with this on the top. Or maybe you could convince the MOB that a sheet cake done up like a recipe card would be cute.

What if you take a dish, like apple pie for example, and make a small pie out of fondant, and stick a small apple next to it. Stick a small lined card made out of GP or fondant next to it, and write 'Apple Pie' on the card.

The next could be chocolate cake, with a 'Chocolate Layer Cake' card.

You could do stroganoff, pancakes, muffins, baked chicken, etc.

It would be time consuming, but very cute.
