Happy Easter Everyone. My family decided to take it easy this year, so we had a wonderful brunch at a nearby golfcourse. The hit of the dinner was a wonderful chocolate cake. It was several layers of rich chocolate cake, dark thick chocolate pudding, cream cheese or maybe marscapone in a thin layer between two of the cake layers, chocolate frosting, a deep dark fudgy trim on the cake top and around the bottom, and two tone chocolate Andes mint curls on the top. Would anyone know of a similar recipe? I would love to make this and the chef wasn't giving out any details!!!!!
