Hi all,

I have never made cake balls before and I have tons of left over lemon cake. What kind of cake ball recipe would be good with lemon cake? I would love to make something and serve it at Easter brunch.

Thanks for any advice, tips, recipes!

I've never used an actual "recipe" for cake balls, but I'd throw in some raspberry preserves, a bit of powdered sugar, and a bit of cream. Then roll them in icing sugar... thumbs_up.gif

I would try some coffee creamer and drip them in White chocolate.

Definitely add lemon (and maybe even lime and orange) zest to your mix. I would make a glaze for them from confectioners sugar and fresh-squeezed lemon (again, maybe even lime and orange) juice.
