I have had a request for an organic cake. It's a gift for my DH's client, who eats only organic. I don't have any restrictions about flavors, just has to be organic. Any help would be appreciated! TIA

I was able to find all the organic ingredients I needed (including organic salt, baking soda, and flavorings) in my local grocery store (Hannaford). I found organic powdered sugar at Wal-mart, of all places!

I use the same cake recipe, just certified organic ingredients.

Using fresh items likes organic lemons, organic raisins or nuts, or organic carrots might be a nice touch.

Sounds great, just hope we have the same selection down here!
