Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering what all you talented cake decorators use as a filling for rolled fondant or rolled buttercream cakes. I'm asking this question because I realize that they cannot go in the refrigerator. Thank you

I would think you could use any of the tube fillings that come in the long plastic bags that you can buy at Michaels, or a cake shop. They come in flavors like strawberry, pineapple, cream cheese, bavarian cream, etc. These should be ok without refrigeration.

Hey, ntertayneme..I went to your website and the brthday cakes link wouldn't work. It kept saying "javascript:void". What does that mean?
