I use "Baker's Joy" available in the baking aisle of Walmart. But I'm going to try a homemade recipe some of the nice ladies gave me right here on CC. If you want to try it, they said just equal parts of shortening, oil, and flour. I'm going to start with 1 cup of each and see how it works. You just use a pastry brush to apply it.Either way just make sure you get the corners well and only let the cake cool long enough to touch it with out major burning and turn it out!

Good luck and post a picture.

I have this pan and when I used it I just used shortening and dusted with flour and no sticking at all. I did notice though that my "top" cooked much faster than the bottom, but others have said they didn't have this problem.
