I have a request for a traditional Dominican wedding cake with either a guava or pineapple filling. Does anyone one have a recipe for either kind of filling?
you can buy both guava and pineapple fillings that come in the sleeve. i've only tried the guava on a cake and the customer raved about it. i've also seen pineapple filling in a can in the bakery aisle in the supermarket.
