Ok let's see it's like this

Lee - As in Bruce Lee
La - as in do-re-mi-fa-so-LA-ti
Weh - as in WEt
tcha - as in cha-cha-cha, just chuck a T in front of it
boot - but the oo sound is cut short as when you pronounce U in spanish or the U in PUT, actually it's like PUT but with a B

PS: My maiden name was Bejar, all those that can speak spanish have no problems with pronouncing it, but most English only speakers struggle as I came to realise after living in Australia. I just got used to it being pronounced incorrectly
After almost eight years of knowing me, my husband still can't pronounce it, he doesnt even get close, hahahahaha
