A Cream Filling That Doesn't Need To Be Refrigerated?

I need a recipe for a cream filling (pudding like or something very, very good) that doesn't need refrigeration. Is this possible? The cake I am making is too large to put in my refrigerator. Please, can anyone help me?

How soon do you need it? I really like vienna cream or bavarian cream sleeve filling (tastes like vanilla pudding). Sleeve fillings do not need to be refrigerated.

Thank you so much MacsMom! I don't need to deliver the cake until 03/22, so I was able to order some sleeves of bavarian cream. I had no idea those existed. I went ahead and ordered some raspberry sleeves for the other cake. I ordered from Country Kitchen SweetArt.
