I posted a few weeks ago looking for this recipe that I tasted at Williams sonoma in my area. Apparantly is was on the back of the Sprinkles container of Lemon cupcake mix but I didn't feel like paying 14 $ for the mix and the demonstrator that day didn't give it out. Well........... I finally got up the courage to go take a "peek" and the container and memorize the recipe. For those of you interested her it is .....
2 stick unsalted butter
3 3/4 C confectioners sugar
1 lemon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Now I am not sure what the "1 lemon" means but I can't wait to try it for easter cupcakes!
