I recently bought a six pack of plain viva paper towels. I immediately noticed that they felt different - maybe like the texture was a little rougher?
They are almost kind of fuzzy looking and when I dry my hands, dishes, etc. with them lint gets everywhere. They also kind of pill up when I just rub them while they're still on the roll.
Has anyone else noticed this or did I just get a roll of defective paper towels? (Which, btw, would be just my luck!!)
opps... I meant did I just get a whole package of defective paper towels... the whole package is that way. 
it seems like viva has several different batches out there! sometimes I end up with perfect -other times they do have the fuzz. I have the most luck when I buy the ones with the pretty prints on them. They tend to be smoother- then the single rolls w/ sizable ....
