Posting Photo Cake On Website

Is it ok to post a photo cake of my customers or should I ask for there permission. i felt that once they buy a cake from me i could post it or will i bet into trouble. I get really busy and sometimes forget to ask if its ok that i post there pictures (children and adults).

Personally, I would ask permission first... especially with pictures of children. JMO...

I think CC has some rules on that. Check out the gallery to see if they have any rules about posting people in you pics

I wouldn't do it. I've blurred out the faces on my photo cakes for posting in a public forum or my website. I do have permission from my customer to post the cake, with photos unblurred, in a members-only forum.
