I have two cakes torted and frozen. I was wondering if I could fill, dam and apply SMBC with them frozen.... Please tell me now. I am preparing this cake for tomorrow. Thanks so much in advance!!! Pat

Thanks. I know you can frost them with regular bc but was wondering specifically about SMBC or IMBC..... ??

yes! I worked in a bakery where we frosted them right out of the freezer!
