For sequins you could use a little cutter and dust them to match, how about edble jewels?

Would actuallylove to do a cae designed on the dress, so much scope to work with

Either of those ideas will work. You could pipe in royal and paint with a luster dust paint when dry.

I've done that dress, but in lavender. I used glitter gel.

I'm going to play around with these great ideas (why I never thought of luster dust.. I'll never know! It's like the miracle powder! And glitter gel?!?!... ingenius).
