AS long as it's in the frig, it should be OK.

The cake should be fine as long as it is refrigerated. My course 2 final cake was due on a Fri. made it Thurs. and sat on the counter till the following Thurs. and was still edible. My mother put it under a cake glass. I wouldn't suggest it though icon_wink.gif
