its just called a planetary mixer - the make - good question - i just fell in love with it and decided instead of the kitchen-aid or home based mixers - that for what im aiming for baking wise, this is so much better and hopefully it will last me a lifetime

she works like a dream - lol i baked 7 cakes today with her and she is soooo quiet, you almost forget youre busy mixing!
and so easy to use too
