Guys, my brain is fried. It's been a long month for all of us, and now I'm sick.

But I got an email asking for a 3d hamster cake to feed about 30 people. I don't have the vaguest idea what to tell her in regards to pricing.

If any of you have done something like this, I would appreciate your insight.

Gonna go lie down now.

If it's in buttercream, using the grass/hair tip for fur---I'd go with like $55-$75, depending on your demographics.

I would do a 3d for no less than $175 regardless of how few it serves
a cut out flat maybe $85

No less than $60, I can tell you that. A hamster doesn't sound difficult (even though I've never sculpted a cake before; I'm just speaking in silence!) or time-consuming; the keyword is "sound". . .

Minimum of $ 75, of course it depends on your area. A hamster should not take that much time.
