The tutorial says you can keep in the freezer for up to 24 hours but has anyone ever done one and kept it longer than this? I was thinking for 3 to 5 dyas?

I think it would be ok. I think I've left one that long.

I've left one in the freezer for two weeks. It was fine. I'm thinking the biggest factor you'd have to consider there is with the moisture loss and/or cracking? detective.gif

Mine was fine, but it was in a tupperware-type container, so it was protected from the dryness in there. (and taste transfer)

Let us know!

I had one in the freezer for 2 or 3 weeks and it was fine. I wrapped it well in saran first.

It can actually be in there up to 3 months, just like buttercream frosting. However, I would freeze it first, then wrap in saran, then put into tupperware to keep all of the air away from it.

Thanks Derby, I was wondering if it was just like regular BC, now if I could just make one that turns out!
BTW, I noticed you live in Fayetteville, NC! Do you like it. We are moving there in June.
