I want to make a cruiseship cake. I have a recepy, what I need is instructions how to bake the cake (sort of pan, etc) and how to decorate it.

I want to bake this cake the second half of January, so I'll have time to practice. I'll start working for a travel agency specialised in cruise travel and I want to surprise my employers at the opening of the office.

I would appreciate all tips, ideas.
