what is the difference between rice and wafer paper? are they edible? (Sorry for the dumb questions... it can be useful for some cakes i'm working on the next couple of days) where can i buy them?

Yes it is edible but I dont know the difference. If you google online then you can maybe find a cake decorating place around you that might sell them.

There is no difference as far as how they're used. It's just that wafer paper is sometimes made from a starch other than rice.
