Mini Monsters "cupcakes"

I've seen a couple of pictures of Mini Monster cupcakes that are apparently from a Debbie Brown book. Does anyone have the instructions how to do them....I'd like to make them for Halloween.

Maybe you can pm some of the decorators who made them. If you do a search of monster cupcakes, several come up. HTH
