I am using the crusting cream cheese recipe that is posted on CC and was wondering if I needed to refridgerate the cake after I iced it. I want to make sure I tell the customer the right thing to do. Thanks so much.

Depends on how long it is going to sit out. I usually refrigerate mine until a few hours before you are going to cut into it.
