Hello- I have only made the IMBC posted here by Shirley W and love it. How would I make it into a chocolate IMBC? I've seen the recipe here for choc imbc but have a few concern: 1) 12 oz seems like alot of choc and 2) this recipe adds choc with balloon whip, so would I add it before adding the butter?
