I had posted back in the Summer that I was looking for a cake maker to create a cupcake cake for my wedding this Summer in New Orleans 7-6-08. Well my idea has slighly changed and we going for mini cakes instead I was referred to a memeber by SarahNicole we've talked back and forth a few times but I'm not quite sure if she specializes in mini cakes.just in case if she doesn't I would like to have a back up cake maker can anyone suggest anyone in that area?

We're looking to do about 80 mini cakes, small grooms cake, and a small cake cutting cake to match the mini cakes
