Does anyone know if there is a specific pan for a "mad hatter" cake? I know how to do a "topsy-turvy" cake, but I have been given a picture of a 6-tier cake and would like to avoid cutting each tier "freestyle" and trying to make all of them match. Thanks! icon_smile.gif Telicious

Welcome to Cake Central. Other than a miniature, I haven't heard of a pan to make tapered layers. good luck.

I think I do remember hearing somewhere about a set of TT pans....but if you are doing six tiers I doubt it would help much. They are really not too bad to carve. They don't really have to match since all the tiers are different sizes. As long as you get the angles pretty close it will look fine.
