im having to use a differant pc to access CC, i cannot get to CC at all on my vista laptop, not through my favourites, not through a link, nada. ive done everything they suggest, deleting cookies,etc. CC is the only place in all my favs i cannot get to. anyone else with vista have a problem. anyone have a solution.
What browser are you using? If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you might want to try Firefox. I provide technical support for a graduate program, and many of our students have trouble with Vista/IE7, and much better luck with Firefox. It's a free download, so it can't hurt to try.
Check your anti-virus software. I had whatever came with Vista on my laptop and all of the sudden I couldn't get any website to load up on IE, but my antennae was connecting to my laptop. Once I disabled the default anti-virus software things started work just fine.
There are plenty of freeware ones that work just fine.
