Just wondering if anyone know how to color fondant copper. I saw a beautiful cake on the back of my american cakes magazine and I can't find copper coloring, only copper dust. Anyone have the mag and know how that color was made?

AmeriColor makes a copper color that is available from Cake Central. If you want to make it with colors you already have try mixing golden or egg yellow, a little brown and a touch of red. Only work on a small piece of fondant until you figure out what colors will work.
