Hello everyone,
I made a batch of Toba Garretts' Fondant this past weekend. I'm already experiencing a couple of problems. icon_mad.gif First, I colored the entire batch & the color is fading in areas. Also, the fondant seems a bit dry. Is there anything I can do at this point to correct the dryness? I'm hoping by kneading it a bit that the color will blend. Anyone else experience this? Thanks.

Red/pink and purple/violet fade like crazy. Keeping it in the dark is about all you can do for the color. You can also airbrush and dry brush extra color.

For the dry fondant, add a bit of shortening and knead it.
