So I followed the directions in the articles on how to make wafer paper butterflies. My only question is...does the piping gel ever actually dry? I put a very, very thin layer of gel on, let it dry for at least a week and then did the other side. They are still tacky, and it has been probably about another week since I did the second side. Did I do something wrong? icon_confused.gif

Thanks!!!

I only tried them once, but mine were sticky too. Maybe someone with more experience will give us a clue.

I hate bumping, but I really am wondering if anyone can answer my question????

I am doing a cake for the NYC Food Show in a few weeks, and had wanted to put these butterflies on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!
