Hi, In last week's coupon sections, I saw the Spice Island ad pages. Everything was pink for breast cancer awareness. The insert I got had a recipe for Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies along with the coupons but also had a picture of Double Raspberry Cupcakes. I can't find the recipe anywhere...it looked like the cupcakes were white and then there was pink icing on the top. I would LOVE a great raspberry cupcake recipe. Can anyone help?

You could use raspberry fruit yogurt, jello and frozen berries for the cupcakes...with raspberry flavored b/c or raspberry flavored white chocolate or chocolate ganache.

I have made cupcakes with the white chocolate raspberry coffee creamer replacing 1/4 cup of the water making a white box mix(Pillsbury). I have also used the creamer in buttercream and that is yummy too.
