Can anyone tell me the instructions on how to use this thing? I purchased one off of Ebay and it didn't come with any instructions. I've tried searching the net and can't find anything. 
It's not the Wilton brand, but one of the pans that come with all the decals & such.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! TIA!
