I was asked by my coworkers to make a cake for a girl's birthday. She graduated from UNC and loves the team, so they want it to have this theme. I really don't want it to be too plain or too fancy. Just in between. Hope someone can help. Making it Friday
When I'm stumped for college or school ideas, I take a look at the merchandise the school has. It will often give me inspiration. Check out http://www.sportsfanfare.com/university-north-carolina-tarheels.html. This is a page that had the Tarheels merchandise.
I made a CT for some cookies a while back and if you did that with the larger NC logo and then did the TARHEELS ...ok heres a thought ...i have an eagles cake in my photos ..you could do that except use the unc logo and the TARHEELS at the top.
you could even do a CT of the ram...

start w/ sheet cake.
use foot template from gallery
enlarge to big enough to fit long way on sheet cake
and then carve cake to shape..
ice in tar-heel blue and white and a big ol' black splotch for the tar on the heel.
OR
take template and enlarge big enough to act as patter to arrange cup cakes to make a cupcake cake.
