icon_biggrin.gif I'm glad you liked. They're very rich and delicious for a very easy recipe. I usually have everything to make these on hand, and will whip up a double batch to take to work when my co-workers are stressed and need a chocolate fix!

If you want to see more of my favorite recipes, I have a recipe page on my school webpage. I got tired of typing them out over and over, so, since I'm the webmaster, I just made a recipe page!

I hope I'm not too late! These are the best brownies ever! Every time I make these I get told by someone that they are the best! I adapted the recipe from the back of the Ghiridelli sweet cocoa can.

Double Chocolate Brownies
2 large eggs
3/4 C granulated sugar
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 C melted butter
3/4 C sweet ground cocoa
2/3 C all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 C mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (the mini size makes all the difference)
1/2 C walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Using a wooden spoon stir eggs with sugar and vanilla; add butter. Add dry ingredients and blend. Fold in chocoalte chips and nuts. Spread into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake 20-30 minutes or unitl toothpick inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
