I read about this on another forum so I Googled it. There really aren't any details about the suit except that it was filed on Oct. 3 and involves issues of Intellectual Property and Trademark Infringement--generally pretty vague issues in today's cyber world.

Sites like CC can't police every post to be certain that members don't copy and paste info from other places, so I suppose they could be trying to make an issue of something like that. 
What an awful thing to put Heath & Jackie through. I can't believe that those people would take their vindictiveness this far! I sincerely hope that this will be dismissed quickly and that it doesn't cost us CC in the process.
Isn't it sad that some people just won't acknowledge that it's their own immature and unprofessional behavior that has cost them business $s and community goodwill--sheesh!
