I went to Citizen Cake this weekend while I was in San Francisco, and while the cakes, cupcakes and cookies were AMAZING, I was completely taken with their fruit gelees.

They are little square gelled candies, coated in sugar. I just ate the last one, cassis flavored, and am now so sad...

Anyone have a gelee recipe? I feel the need to have more!
