I am making my first big cake for my niece's 18 b-day this Sat. It will be a sheet cake with the # 18 also in cake on top and I am gonna try my hand at a shoe box cake (I know alot of cake) but it will be a party with lots of young adults and teens. Can anyone tell anyone tell me if the buttercream from Sams can be doctored up with the cream bouquet flavoring? The sheet cake will be WASC the Shoebox cake will be carrot. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Wita.

I have had good luck adding every kind of flavoring. as well as making the plain bc into chocolate. Recently I took the sams bc and turned it into almond bc. - very yummy!

I have used it with Sam's icing. I found that I had to use a little more than when I make it from scratch. Everyone who has tried it like it. I buy my creme bouquet from a local cake supplier in my area. It is the Magic Line brand. I think you can order it from www.countrykitchensa.com. HTH
