when making your own fondant, can tell me what the glucose goes for the fondant?? does is help it hold it shape or something???

what recipe are you using? Try the Marshmello Fondant. Its great and as far as the glucose i really don't know cuz i've never made it that way.

Both recipes incorporate glucose/corn syrup but in different forms.
