First of all thanks for taking the time to read my post.
My question is, has anyone ever made gumpaste using (Just Whites) brand powered egg whites before? I am gonna try my hand at making the gumpaste shoe and I would like to know if this product can be used for the gumpaste instead, of the egg whites called for in the recipe.
Thanks, Wita.

Yes, powdered egg whites will work. You have to add the water to reconstitute the egg whites. I find it works best if I sift the powder into warm, already slowy spinning water so there are no lumps.
