I'm so confused......everyone seems to have their own web site......showing prictures of their cakes.........
Isn't this advertising and is it legal if you are baking/selling from home?
What's to keep someone from turning you in?

I would think that if the website is just a picture gallery, no sales info or pricing, it would be okay. In essence, it would just be saying 'hey, look what I've done' not 'hey, buy my cakes!' That's just my thoughts on it.

My website just shows my pictures and it has my email. I don't think its advertising.
